Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 5–10 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Check the cart or product pages for current thresholds and promotions.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Email us at ironrush941@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding — stay tuned.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order arrives. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. See our full Return Policy for details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at ironrush941@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.


Products

Are your products high quality?

Every item we carry has been selected because we'd use it ourselves. We cut anything that doesn't hold up. If you're ever unhappy with a product, reach out — we'll make it right.

How do I know which product is right for me?

Each product page includes detailed descriptions, specs, and sizing info. If you still have questions, email us and we'll point you in the right direction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never store your payment details.
